'breakall' is used in 'while' and 'for' loops to exit prematurely from any and all "enclosing" 'while' or 'for' loops - it is an error to use 'breakall' outside of a loop.

Yes, it was right for him to apologize (as weak as it was). He plays no part in the operation or decision making process of our government. But was it ok for Stephanopolous to say the same of Saddam in 1997?
