Rice likely to back Iraq pullout

'breakall' is used in 'while' and 'for' loops to exit prematurely from any and all "enclosing" 'while' or 'for' loops - it is an error to use 'breakall' outside of a loop.

I didn't think neocons wanted to "micromanage" Iraq. I thought they just wanted to make sure there was stability so that there were be no Taliba-style takeover of the country. Am I wrong?
